Greetings Diane,
Thank you very much for a beautiful, safe, and easy to navigate 200 km. And thank you to the wonderful volunteers at 'home base,' Frenchtown, the 'northern loop,' and to those shepherds who roamed the course.
I am very happy for you for the turnout - looked to be 40-50 at the start?
I look forward to the 300! NJ now has a first class brevet series!
Bonne Route!
Lulu
Hi Diane.
Thanks for all your effort. I had one of the best rides of my life. The 200k distance was a personal best for me.

Hi Diane.
Congratulations on running a successful 200km brevet. The route was excellent, the climbs (at least on the 100 mile option) were interesting...the descent on Shire Rd was 'white knuckle'...all in all a very fun ride.
Again, good job on the 200km, and good luck with the 300km.

Diane,
Just wanted to thank you for putting the Brevet together. We had a great time - and even a pig roast wouldn't have made it any better! See you at the 300k!
Thanks again,
Brice Wilson
Hey Diane,
Just wanted to send you a note to thank you for the great ride, you and Sandiway put together. I especially would like to thank you for taking such good care of Sally. I was really worried when I learned she was going to try the to do the entire ride.... especially after I climbed those hills. She has a lot more training to do put I think she now has a sense of how fun and challenging these rides can be and the great people that you meet. We got back around 2:00am... I am not sure how I managed to stay awake. We are both interested in when Jennifer finished. Sally really appreciated all the help she provided as well.
Good luck on the 300k.... I am sorry I won't be there
thanks

Diane,
thank you for arranging this great ride. I never saw it so well organized with so many riders attending. The course was more challenging than I expected, but it is a good preparation for the gaps in Vermont.
Klaus
Diane,
It was an awesome ride. Despite the fact that me and my buddies took three wrong turns and wound up doing an extra 10 miles.
I guess the extra ten miles gave us motivation to try the 300k for next month.

Diane,
Just a quick word to tell you that the 200k Brevet in Princeton was awesome. The route, the cue sheet, the stops, the organization, the food, you, the rest of the staff - all were outstanding.
"Adamic" and "Bellis" are now dirty six-letter words. Whoa!! Steep and long! And the 20-something other hills were "challenging" - what a word challenging is!! My legs are still a bit sore.
I dropped my friends and came in with a 10:10 I believe, almost 3 hours ahead of my group. I left them for Sandy's group (ha), but wisely dropped myself from Sandy after 5 miles and picked up four other riders for more than 100 miles. Misery loves company ;-)

Diane, thanks for a great event. The ride and the support were wonderful. Too bad we didn't get to see more of you, but I am sure you were out on the course where you were needed. Ellen and I are faxing our Bike New York 5 Boroughs ride applications today. We will enjoy riding in the pack this year. See you at the 300k.
All the best,
Ed
Just a note to thank you and everyone else for a terrific 200k. It was my first brevet and the longest distance I'd ever ridden in one day.
I'm definitely going to work on my hills before the 300k.
See you then,

Diane,
A quick note of thanks for your work on Saturday's brevet. The volunteers gave you all the credit and I had to drive back to CT without thanking you in person.
The course was beautiful and challenging without being deiliberately cruel. The volunteers were great and provided enough support to make the ride doable without turning it into a buffet on wheels.
Hope to see you again next year.
